His career focuses on building efficient operations, leading teams, managing finances, and streamlining operations to drive business success for his startups.

Nitesh’s journey began at HealthcareMagic, India’s first telemedicine platform, where he served as Co-founder & COO. He managed operations, team coordination, and financial strategy, creating a reliable infrastructure that helped the platform grow to profitability and expand globally. His leadership ensured seamless service delivery, connecting doctors with users effectively, and led to its acquisition by EBIX in 2014, a US-based public company.

In 2017, Nitesh co-founded GlowRoad, a social commerce platform empowering women in India to start home-based businesses via social media like WhatsApp and Instagram. As COO, he oversaw operations, logistics, and finances, building a scalable system for a vast seller network. He secured funding from investors like Accel, CDH, Vertex, RB Investments, and Korea Investment Partners, fueling rapid growth. After Amazon acquired GlowRoad, Nitesh supported its integration, enhancing operations and logistics to sustain expansion and boost seller satisfaction.

Today, Nitesh invests and mentors startups at Startuplift, guiding founders in operations, hiring right, team management and financial planning to build strong businesses. Nitesh combines analytical skills with operational expertise.
